Refund policy

All Mermakes orders are custom press on nails, personalised to suit you and your individual preferences for nail shape, size and colour. Unlike ready-made items, custom nail sets cannot be resold or repurposed. The time, materials, and creativity invested in crafting your custom sets are exclusive to you, which is why refunds are not possible once your order is completed and shipped.

We do however want you to love your purchase and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction so we offer an exchange option subject to eligibility.

Eligibility for Exchange
  • Exchange is available if you are unhappy with the design of your custom set providing your request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • This applies only to unused and unaltered sets. The set must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with no adhesive tabs or glue applied and in it's original packaging. Used sets are not eligible for exchange.
  • Please note exchanges are a one-time courtesy to ensure you love your nails so you will not be eligible for exchange if you have been provided with a previous exchange.
  • There must be no issue with nail size. We ask that our customers size their nails correctly prior to ordering and Mermakes accepts no liability for inaccurate measurements. Sizing is the customer's responsibility. 
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or differs from the agreed-upon design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or repair, depending on the circumstances.
